Appointment Policies

Please review the following updated appointment policies to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. These guidelines are intended to maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. Please note that I am a home-based nail artist, manage your expectations accordingly and respect the space as you would any professional setting.

Location & Parking

  • I am a home-based nail artist. Exact address will be shared upon booking confirmation.
  • There is no dedicated parking available. Street parking only. Park at your own risk.

During Your Appointment

  • Please try not to move around too much while I am working on your nails.
  • Avoid touching your hair, clothes, or anything with lint. Removing lint from the nail surface takes up valuable time during the appointment.
  • Be proactive, speak up immediately if anything feels uncomfortable or hurts.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the design, color, or shape, corrections must be made during the appointment, not after. Once I have maximized my time, tools, and equipment, changes cannot be accommodated.

Complex Designs & Special Requests

  • Please give at least 2 weeks' notice prior to your appointment for complex designs involving gems, special colors, or custom elements so I have time to source and prepare the necessary materials.

House Rules

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late or too early disrupts the schedule and preparation process.
  • The setup of the space is arranged for your comfort and safety.
  • For privacy and focus, companions are not allowed during 1:1 appointments.
  • Keep your inquiries relevant and ensure your questions are not already answered on the website.
  • Please avoid sending multiple messages in a short period (spamming).
  • I am not available for training or mentoring aspiring technicians.
  • Inquiries from accounts with 0 followers and 0 following will not be entertained. Please ensure your account is genuine before reaching out.
  • Disrespectful or impolite inquiries will be ignored and the account blocked.

Aftercare, Retention, and Back Job Policy

  • We will send you a follow-up email to provide aftercare instructions for maintaining your nails.
  • If you experience any issues with retention or require a back job, please refer to the guidelines shared during your visit or contact me directly for assistance.

Removal Policy

  • If you require removal of previous work, please inform me in advance so we can allocate sufficient time during your appointment.
  • Removals are performed with care to protect your natural features and health.

Cancellation, Late Fees, and Rescheduling Policy

  • Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
  • Consistent punctuality helps ensure the best experience for all clients.

Online Consultation and Client Education

  • Online consultations are available to address your questions and provide education about services.
  • Please ensure your inquiries are specific and not already addressed on my website or social media.
  • I am committed to providing accurate information and helping you make informed decisions.

Sterilization and Disinfection

  • Your service starts here: where all tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and disinfected before and after each client.
  • Your safety and health are my top priorities, and all protocols align with industry standards.

Equipment Sourcing

  • All products and equipment used are sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure quality and safety for every client.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • I use appropriate PPE during all appointments to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for both clients and myself.

Flagged Clients:2-Strike Policy

Clients may be flagged and blocked from future bookings for any of the following:

  • Arriving late
  • Disrespectful behavior
  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Arriving too early
  • Not reading or following the posted policies

2 strikes = permanently blocked from booking.
